About us
Our story begins in India in 2018 – we met while volunteering and have been friends ever since, with many shared passions. One of them? The mountains!
On numerous hut tours, we repeatedly asked ourselves: How would we do it—perhaps sometime when we're 50 or 60? Well, and then the opportunity came: the Pfälzerhütte!
This cabin was tailor-made for us. We already knew it, Steffi knows the region inside and out—and honestly, is there a more beautiful place for a cabin? So yes, we're still a long way from 50 or a midlife crisis, but here we are—in the middle of an adventure!
With backgrounds in project management and many years of experience in the hospitality industry, we have everything we need to welcome you up here at 2,108 meters.
We can't wait to experience our first season together with you! We're excited, curious—but above all, infinitely grateful for our amazing team, our friends, supporters, and, of course, our guests.
